with a Peanut-Ginger Dressing
Shredded rotisserie chicken, green cabbage, carrots, mango, cilantro, green onions, lime, jalapeños, chopped peanuts. Dressing is peanut butter blended with soy sauce or coconut aminos (GF), rice vinegar, sambal oelek, agave, ginger, and garlic.
Cabbage and carrots provide vitamin C, fiber, and beta-carotene (glowy skin and gut support). Chicken for protein. Peanuts contain heart-healthy fats and vitamin E! 🤎
